Family member removed by spotify and can't join premium back

Family member removed by spotify and can't join premium back

We have been using premium, me and my wife. During a vacation her account was removed from the family premium subscription - by Spotifywithout any warning. We are back at our address now and she can't join back. Also this approach to handle issues is extremely frustrating.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

It’d be best if your wife reaches out to Spotify’s Customer Service directly for more information on the matter.

 

Also, if it’s just the two of you using the Premium Family plan, you might want to consider switching to Premium Duo—it could be a better fit!

Had the same thing happen to my brother who resides at the same physical address as me. As an account admin, I cannot add him back as we keep getting the same error.

Followed Maxim's advice and reached out to Support via the Messaging system AND Twitter. Got 0 help, with one saying to get another subscription, while the other said "we don't have any information to offer you". Completely frustrated by this!
