Family members gone after changing payment method

Family members gone after changing payment method

Hey everyone,

I blocked my creditcard because we lost it. Then Spotify killed the premium package...which is normal. Then I reactivated another payment method fo the Family premium, but then all accounts from my family members were gone after I did so logging in as administrator.

 

What happends when I invite them to join? Will they keep the playlists etc...etc...

My family members are die hard Spotify users.....If they lose their account status...they will not be happy at all.

 

Hope you guys can answer my question. Pretty stupid btw that this happends when you change payment method.
