My Question or Issue

My sister has sent me the link of the family plan created by her but after including our address, the system does not allow me to join the plan. Other family members have not had any troble joining the same plan. Can you help me? Until now i have been in a duo plan, but i cancelled it to join the family plan.

Hi, I am the owner of the duo plan.

Thanks for letting me know.

 

In that case, you'll have to wait until your Premium Duo subscription has ended 🙂 Once it has ended and your account reverted to the Free plan, you'll be able to accept the Premium Family invite.
