My Question or Issue

Today we checked our Spotify Premium Family, but users who confirmed the invitation properly - are missing in my (owner) account, they have been switched to a standard / free account. The 3rd user, never received the invitation and his invitation still flies in the air.

Did Spotify some update? We want to use spotify, not deal with mess.

So, what can i do with that? And yes, I can still add them again. But do i wont do it again and again, month after month? ha. Now i realize, that today i paid the fee and find that they are gone. Could it have a context? Is it a bug?

Hey @kabismo, welcome to the Community!

 

It sounds like they were removed from your plan because they didn't confirm their physical address. 

 

Try inviting them again and asking them to keep an eye on their email inbox for an email from Spotify asking them to verify their address.

 

Let us know if the issue persists after that.

Thank you for reply, but now i cant invite them. I send them invite, but
whet they fill the form, confirm - error always appear. Tried privacy mode
in chrome, same problem.
It is really weird 😞
