I've signed up for the Premium for Family plan, and I can't get the offer to redeem the Google Home Mini. It says 'We're sorry but you're not able to redeem at this moment'.

How can I get the offer? Thanks.

Could you try giving this another try within 24-48 hours? If you're still having issues - please try using a different browser, and a different internet connection (and reply back here if none of this help either).

Hi, I tried this yesterday morning and night already and it’s been more than 24 hours, but I still can’t get to redeem the device. The link still says I can’t redeem at this moment. Thanks.
