How can I add back my son on my family spotify?

    Hello,

My son lives part time with his mom and part time with me. So, he has two homes, and one of those is where the spotify account is.

He has had spotify family for months and never had issues. Now the system has cut him out of the spotify family account, claiming it cannot verify his location. 

Can you guys please fix this glitch in the system?

Or else he cannot have spotify family because he is split between two homes, which does not sound reasonable.

In this case I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.

There are a few ways to contact them. One is filling out the online contact form.

Another great way is to reach Spotify via Twitter - just send them a Direct Message @SpotifyCares.

You can also use the Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares.

When you message them, inform all the e-mail addresses on the plan.
