I can't join a family plan, and I don't know what to do

I can't join a family plan, and I don't know what to do

My wife created a Family Plan. I got the text to join. I put our address in, and it says there was a problem, and that I should try later. I've been trying for a day.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you're getting an error message when trying to join the plan, we'd suggest trying again using a different device (preferably a different platform) and a different internet connection (preferably by a different provider).

 

If that doesn't help and you're currently on another Premium plan, it might be that your current subscription doesn't allow you to switch immediately to the Premium Family Member plan (it's being paid through a partner or you're the manager of another Premium Family/Duo plan).

 

In this case, we'd recommend cancelling your subscription and waiting for the plan to expire before trying again.

I have tried to take care of this on 6 different devices and used 3
different service providers.

I canceled my subscription well before I tried using a different device.
Unfortunately, the subscription there won't expire until April. I had a
deal from Verizon to check out your service.

Is there a way to get out of it?

Thanks for the reply.

 

As the offer from Verizon is managed by Verizon, you can contact them and ask them to terminate the subscription. We don't have the tools to do so. If this is not possible on Verizon's end as well, the only thing left is making sure it's canceled and waiting for it to expire. Once it does, you can get invited to the Family plan again.
