I have been paying for premium family but my family can log in

I have been paying for premium family but my family can log in

I have been paying for premium family but my family can log in with their accounts because it say "you need to live at the same address" I have confirmed my address in the account setting several times and I watch my family members put in the same address but it still not work! I am really frustrated as we tried so many times.
we tried to use safari and chrome, we tried all the solution here in the group, and still getting the same error

Thanks for the post.

 

In order to add your family members to the Spotify Premium Family plan, make sure that the country set on each account matches the one on the master Family account. You can check this on the account page of each account that you want to add in the family plan. This information needs to match the country you're currently at. For example, it won't work if you're currently in the USA, but want to add family members who're currently in Canada.

 

After that make sure that you copy the exact address set on the manager account to the member accounts that you want to add.
