I lost my premium subscription

I lost my premium subscription

I was paying for premium, all of the sudden without me cancelling my subscription or anything, it just went away. Im not even sure if I'm still paying for it. Why did Spotify cut off my premium subscription, and how can I get it back.

Welcome to the forums!

 

That is strange. Seems like you may have another account which is a free account.

 

To check payment's please take a look at your bank statment's and see if you have any recent or pending charges for your premuim account with the acount you usually pay for your subscription on.

 

If you do not, then you would need to contact the team so they can take  a look backstage:

 

@SpotifyCares on Twitter or Facebook.  If you do not have Facebook or Twitter please use  this contact form.

Strange.

 

I have never seen this happen before I whould contact them on twitter.
