I was never asked for my address when setting up a family account.

I was never asked for my address when setting up a family account.

Like the title said I was never prompted to setup my address when I just started a family account today. Solve this before I switch to Google Play. I don't want to deal with my family members being kicked off the plan at a later date because of this.

Hey @Mynameisphilade, welcome to the Community!

 

You should have been prompted to enter your address when you invited the first member to your plan.

 

If you can't remember what you used, reach out to us on Twitter with your account info so our team can get a look backstage.

Same problem here. I don't use twitter. What should i do? I couldn't see my personal info either.

I've got the same problem. Never was prompted for my address and the "Your Address" section within the "Premium Family" tab is empty.

 

Also, I should use twitter to contact customer service? Are you kidding me?
