My Question or Issue

 I have a family account and invites will not send to anyone. I have followed all the trouble shooting advice and nothing will work

Hey @nzbjf-_jig6b, welcome to the community!

 

If you're getting an error message when sending the invites to your family members, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again.

 

In case they're not getting the email invites at all, make sure they check the junk or unwanted email inboxes to see if they're hiding there. You can also try sending the invites again, but make sure you type the email addresses all in lowercases.
