Possible to have a trial family plan?

Our family currently uses Apple Music (family subscription). As Spotify app can control the Sonos devices we are considering switching from Apply Music to Spotify. As we are not completely sure whether Spotify would suit us we would like to try it but there seems no Spotify Famliy trial program. Or have we overlooked it?

[one of it questions is: what happens when the controlling spotify app leaves the house, does the Sonos need an account of its own? If the Sonos uses my account but I would like to listen at the same time to Spotify using my mobile device - is that possible?].

Unfortunately, Spotify doesn't offer a trial for the Premium for Family plan.

You would have to create a separate account if you'd like to listen to music on your phone and on your Sonos speaker at the same time.
