We ordered Premium Family but I Do not receive the invitation Mail although the e-mail adress is right

Let's make sure the email invite isn't hiding in your unwanted or junk email boxes. If that's not the case, ask the owner to send you the invite one more time using a different browser or an incognito window.

 

If you don't receive the invite after following the steps above, you can try using an alternate email address. You can update your Spotify account's email address following these steps.

 

If you don't have an alternate email adress or if you don't receive the email at all, it'd be best to contact our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.
