Premium Family Question

My friends and I have signed up for premium family accounts for like 3 years. For some reason it would delete one of my friends itself these months. Always the same person. Is it something wrong with his account or his problem?
I added him and it succeed, but after a few weeks, the problem came. It happened 3 times already.

Hey @Chloe_Wang

 

If you're the Family Admin, send the invite again. Let him accept the invite logged in with his own username in the app and in the website. He should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of him being left out.
