Premium Family Subscription Issue

I'm the account manager for a Premium For Family subscription. My son has lost his password so I want to fix this for him but when I log in there is no information at all showing in the Premium For Family window.

Does anybody have advice about this please.

Why don't you reset his password from the spotify app or desktop or spotify.com in forgot password instead of from the family tab. There it might work.
