Premium Family and Address issues

I am the manager of a premium family plan and I have added my two daughters to the plan. I tried adding my husband so I sent the link to him and it just would not let him join our plan. He lives in the same house with us, obviously, and it said that he lives in a different country!? I also changed the address on the premium plan to our other house and tried sending the link again but it STILL would not let him join! We made him a whole different account and that still did not work. Please help!!!

OK! I learned what could possibly be wrong. My phone is set that the country I am from is United States and it does not let me change it even if I am in Mexico. Same for my husband. His Spotify says he is from Mexico but it won’t let me change that. I don’t know what else to do.

I recommend that you both check your account's country settings to make sure it matches on both accounts and is set to the country you currently live in. This can be done at https://spotify.com/account/profile.
