Premium Family does not work on my Iphone

Premium Family does not work on my Iphone

Hello Community,

 

I was recently added to the Family Premium Package by my wife and I was able to use all features from my Iphone. Last time I tried to play some music via my Tablet using my regular account login but now all of the sudden I cannot use my premium features any more. Neither on my tablet nor on my Iphone. I states I only have the free version.

 

I have checked the settings on my Laptop and it clearly says that I have a Premium family account. Nevertheless I cannot use it. Any ideas how to help me? Thanks

Hey @faelgo-de

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

I was always login in with my e-mail address instead of my profile name.
