Premium for Family invite does not work

Premium for Family invite does not work

hi everyone,

 

my partner invited me to his Premium for family account (I have been using the Free subscription so far). I clicked to accept, filled in all the fields (yes, we do live at the same address and I filled in the exact same values into the fields). However, I keep getting (four times so far) the same error messages - "600. Something went wrong. Please try again" (but in Swedish)

 

What is going on here? How can I get onto my partner's plan?

Hey @ehmmusic,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
