Premium for family_Can't invite anyone

Upgraded account to premium for family in september(!) But still can't add any relavtives.

Tried to log off and on again, checked the account. Everytihing should be in order but still get a blank page on de premium for family tab in my account...

Anyone can help me?

Hi @prio648! Spotify was having a hiccup earlier but all should work fine now. Try again and it should work.

I'm still facing the same problem.. Even when I open Spotify in an incognito window or when I'm going to the welcome email on my iphone. These are 2 solutions which worked for other users (read this earlier on the community page) but unfortunately not working for me... Hope someone can help as I'm already paying for the family account!

same problem! empty white page and can't invite anyone. I upgraded to Premium Family 3 days ago.

I have the same problem.

I go to the page to invite my family members but am directed to a blank page (Oct 26th 2017)

Any Ideas?

I am also having the same issue. Can someone help as it doesnt seem right for us to be paying for a family plan but unable to have others use it. I also get the blank white screen no matter what device I download spotify from.

I am the same, I've been paying for a while and only realised that my family were actually on my own account tonight when they cut me off on my home.

I'm getting the same as you guys - blank page when you try the premium for family page.

Is anyone listening out there?
