My Question or Issue

Hello, I recently activated the Family Duo account from my account and invited my partner regularly. From my account, I can see that she is correctly linked. However, she keeps receiving emails from Spotify stating that I have removed her account from Duo and that it will expire in 5 days, etc. Why is this happening? Is it a known bug?

Hmm, if everything is fine with your subscription, the plan member shouldn't receive such message.


Can you, while logged into your plan manager account, visit the Account Overview page to check if there are any issues with your subscription?
