Hi,
one of my family members cannot confirm the address because they received an email without a link to confirm the address. What can be done in this situation? He checked the e-mail on various devices.

What you mention is odd, but there are some things we can suggest. To start, could you ask them to open the email directly on a web browser? Is worth trying different ones.
