I have received a request for a family member to purchase audiobook hours - I have clicked on the "Get Hours" option in the email but there is no way to purchase audiobook hours for him - it just takes me to my account. I can purchase hours under my name, but he cannot use them and I can't purchase hours for him....how do I do this???

I’m having literally the exact same issue right now…..also in Australia…..thing I find odd also is the fact that when I look at my plan inclusions, there’s 15hrs/month of listening hrs included….i don’t get it🤬🤦🏼♂️
Hi Stevo80! The advice provided above from Maxim solved it - you need to actually click on the family member in your account and then there is an option to purchase audiobook hours for them - which is a bit counterintuitive that you don't go through "audiobook hours" to purchase. A user on my family premium account requested audiobook hours. I followed the instructions to buy more hours but the user still can't access them. How do I assign the purchased hours to them?
This did not lead me to access to adding audio book time to my premium family plan members. 😞

Do you notice any difference if you give the steps mentioned by @Maxim a shot on another device? Just make sure that you're logged in to the plan manager account when doing so 🙂 If possible, you can try another internet connection as well.
It's also worth noting that the feature to share Audiobook hours with plan members is only available in Australia at the moment. If you're in a different region/country, it might be why the option doesn't appear for you.

Once the purchase is completed, the member is notified about the available audiobook listening time in the app and on their email. The member can click on the notification or access the details of their active (in-use or remaining) listening hours anytime on their account page or in the app. Here are the steps:
Keep in mind that plan managers don't have access to this info. If you follow the steps above, you'll only see your own audiobook listening time.
