Hi!

I've just noticed that I've been charged 169 sek instead 149 sek. I have check my e-mail but i can't find any information about it. I can't find any contact information on the website so I'll give it a try and write here. 

Raising the price without sending information is an insult to the customer, I would like to know what happened.

Hello @Dejand, welcome to the Spotify Community!

As of October 1st, the price of the Premium for Family subscription was increased from 149kr to 169kr, if you were subscribed at that time you should've received an email informing you of the change. Please check your junk/spam folder for that email and also make sure that the email that is on your Spotify account is the right one.

Please, let me know if you can't find the email.

Thank you for taking the time to answer.

I've already checked, the only email I've recently received (August 29) was a "Say hi to the new and improved Spotify premium family" email, but it doesn't say anything about a raise in price.

Just to be sure, can you confirm that the email shown on your account page is correct?

Also, make sure that you have enabled all the relevant notifications and that you haven't unsubscribed by accident following the steps detailed here.

If the notifications are enabled and the email is correct please, double-check one more time your spam folder or any other filtering folders you may have (e.g. social/promotion tabs on Gmail).

If you have the right email, notifications enabled and you're still unable to find the email on your folder please let me know. I'll be waiting for your answer 🙂
