I have a similar problem. My family moved from Norway to Cambodia, and now started subscribing to spotify family. I first tried entering my norwegian address (we still own our house in Norway), but my kids were not allowed to join. "It looks as if you are trying to join from another country".

Then, I tried entering the address in Cambodia. Now, spotify only anwers them that it "can't find the address" that they have entered. I've checked and rechecked that they've spelt it correctly. I don't have any cambodian payment options, and we all plan to go back to Norway in two months.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You'll definitely need to enter and save a Cambodian address for the Premium Family plan if that's where you all currently live. Unfortunately, this won't be possible if you don't have a payment method from there.
