I upgraded to the premium family plan and lost all my playlists. Where can I find them?

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll gladly help you out.

 

Upgrading to the Premium for Family plan shouldn't change or remove playlists or saved songs from your account.

 

Most likely you have a second account set up with your info. Try following this troubleshooting to make sure if your music is in a different account. If you find it, you can ask the plan owner to remove the wrong account and add the correct one to the plan.

 

However, if you're the owner, it's easier to contact our Support team via Facebook or Twitter. They'll be able to help you move all playlists and saved music from one account to the other.
