I am unable to remove family members. I have tried the Go to account page, scroll down to Edit family members but THAT DOES NOT EXIST. I dont have an option to remove people.

We moved your post from the Ideas board to the relevant Help Board, where it fits better.
If you can't see the option to remove members from the Premium Family plan, it's possible that you aren't the plan owner, or you're logged in to a different account. In this case, we suggest that you make sure you're logged into the correct account.
You can see if you're the owner or a member of the plan here.
In case you aren't the owner, you won't be able to remove a member, as this is only possible for the plan owner. If you're not sure who's the owner of the plan, all the members can view their own profile page in the link shared above to know who the owner is.
If you're the owner of the plan and you're still unable to remove members, could you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your Account page > Premium Family? Just attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. Make sure not to include any private info.

Can you try opening the Account page from an incognito browser window or another browse?
Browser cache can sometimes cause issues like this.

Just to make sure, are you able to see Premium Family on the left side of your Account page? If you can see it, but when you click on it you get an error message, we suggest that you try again on a different device and using a different internet connection.
If you can't see that option, it's possible that you're logged in to a different account. In this case, we suggest that you make sure you're logged into the correct account.
If after following these steps, you still can't find that option, could you send us a screenshot so we can take a closer look? Make sure not to send any private info.

I already tried in my parents' house. I tried in my house. I've tried on different devices and different browsers.
Actually, I just found the email where I could invite my family, the very same email that I use for my Spotify, of course.
And the website remains in loading.
I've done everything, I think I'll just cancel the membership.

Thanks for the post.
You can try opening your account page in an incognito browser window or on another device, and try removing the family plan member from there. Sometimes corrupted browser cache can cause such issues.

Hello i am un able to remove someone from my spotify family plan and when i try to i am met with a black screen with the only option being to leave the site. I am the plan owner and should be able to do it without an issue, any recommendations on what i should do - thanks

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.
In this case, we'd suggest you try and remove the member from a different device using an incognito window if possible. To remove your member, you can follow the steps in this article.
If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd suggest making sure the browser you're using is up-to-date. Then, is this happening over WiFi? 3G/4G? Both? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using? If not sure, give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Reviving this topic. I have the same problems noted above. I have a premium family account but can not remove a family member. It is not even an option presented. See image below. I have tried the following: Log Out All and log back in, changing password, logging in from different computers and tablets, using multiple browsers, and using multiple browsers in Incognito mode. All to no effect. Pls advise immediate. Thanks.
