Spotify family problem

I can't join my mother's spotify family because the website tells me that mine address isn't the same as my mother's, but live with her. How can I join?

Are you able to try accepting the invite again, in a different browser/incognito window?

If that doesn't help, and you believe you're wrongly receiving this error message when trying to join, we'd recommend contacting Support.
