Spotify family

Spotify family

Hi,
I have been charged for the family premium account. I have tried and tried to invite my husband and our kids (tenth time since april). Nothing happens! No mail in their inboxes or in Spotify app. (My husband already signed up for Spotify free).

I cant find any support.

Anyone!?
How to fix this?

Thanks for getting in touch with us, we'll do our best to help you out.

 

The email invites might be filtered out by the recepient's email so they can end up in the unwanted email or junk folders, so let's make sure they're not hiding there.

 

If they're unable to find the invites anywhere, we suggest sending new ones using a different web browser or an incognito window.

 

After trying these suggestions and they're still not getting the email invites, they can try using an alternate email for their Spotify accounts. Here's a handy guide on how to update the email address on a Spotify account.
