Unable to add Family Member

Unable to add Family Member

Hi,

Trying to add another family member to my premium subscription and keep receiving the error stating the following, "You're unable to join this Family plan. Need help etc."

I've checked the following:

Only have one other family member on the account.

Deleted the mobile app and logged the free account out which is trying to join the Family subscription.

The address details are consistent across all accounts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is an issue that a lot of Premium for Family users experience. The best way to go about this is to get in touch with our Customer Support team here, who will be able to take a look at your account and see what's happening behind the scenes.
