Upgrade a pre-paid premium account to family

Hi

I want to upgrade my premium account to a family account but the problem is that i have pre paid the premium account untill december 2018.

What will happen with that payments? Will i get many back for the period that is left and then start paying per month or what will happen?

Hi Fredrik and welcome to the community!
You can still upgrade to the Family plan. 🙂
The only difference will be your overall renewal date will move up since that plan costs more. It will just deduct from what you've currently paid and apply it monthly until that balance is used for the Family rate. Once you upgrade, you can check your plan's next renewal date on your account page.
