Where is my premium

So I created an account on through Facebook on my iPad and purchased premium also on the iPad, without using the app just the Spotify website, now when I log into the app on my phone with my Facebook it says that I only have the free subscription but the iPad says I have the premium? I have put in my details and started the direct debut process but I’m not recieving the benefits? Please help
