Whole family removed from my Premium Family account

Whole family removed from my Premium Family account

Spotify asked all family memebers to confirm the adress. Despite all confirmed and we all live under the same roof, Spotify excluded all family members from the account. They said, they could not confirm the adress, which is a real joke. I could not find any hint how Spotify came to this conclusion. I invited all of them again, but it did not work. This is really bad treatment from Spotify. Any idea how to get the rest of the family into my Premium Family account?

Switch to Google Music, I've made the same with no regrets

Same here! I added my members second time around with new emails since spotify won't accept after placing correct address details. Now they removed the members again. So irritating I am thinking now shifting to other music streaming service!

this happened to me, all my familly members were removed. what can i do. they just get a screen that says "upps something went wrong" and that is it. i want my members to be reisntated.
