how to add family members to spotify family premium acount?

Hi,

I have an acount and I registered several persons in my family in same adress. I sent out invitations but I had to send them all to my same email since my kids do not have one ones yet.

I logged in via link in invitation emial and tried to log in with my username and passeord as in email. No success. Also me who pays for service is locked out. I need to talk to someone to solve this tomorrow latest.

Ola, eu tenho uma conta familia eu adicionei minha esposa e minha mae 3 meus 3 irmao nela com o mesmo endereço mas toda vez que passa um mes aparece uma mensagem dizendo que: ''Não foi possível confirmar que o endereço de @@ é o mesmo que o seu. Por isso, pedimos para essa pessoa verificar sua conta.''
todo mes é isso vou desistir do spotify todo mes tenho que criar tudo de novo pelo amor de deus.
