inviting a family member

inviting a family member

all my family were disconnected from my spotify premium family subscription.  When i invited them again.. the system asked for address which is not in the profile.  There's no option to update profile and the system cannot validate with exisitng info in my profile.  

 

So i have to always contact admin to add a family member???

Hey @jeng1010, welcome to the community!

 

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address. However, to update the address you used to set up the plan, you'll need to cancel the current plan and resubscribe once the account goes back to Free.

 

When you resubscribe, you'll be able to enter a new address when sending the first invite to your family member.

 

If your family members were removed from the plan, but you all live in the same physical address, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.
