my Family share doesn't work

When my wife or my sons listen to music it stops mine which is unpleasant!

Seems like your wife and your sons are logged into your Spotify Account!

And, as I can barely understand French, it seems that you have sent the invitation to the Family Plan, but they haven't accepted it yet!

Ask them to log into their e-mails and do the procedure to become part of the Plan and also ask them to log into their Spotify accounts!
