Accessing my Student Discount

I recently signed up for the Spotify Student Discount, but it won't let me access the features (i.e. discounted price, Hulu) until my next payment cycle. Is there any way to fix this?

Hey @YungRamen

If you recently got Student Premium it should start working automatically, however, it usually takes atleast 48 hours for the transaction to be completed. This time frame depends on your bank, I would recommend checking your bank statement and make sure the the transaction was complete. Also you should have gotten an email with a receipt stating that you have Student Premium, if you haven't gotten that then your transaction is still pending.

If you have gotten everything that i have mentioned above, log out and relog back in. This serves as a fuction to resync your data on to your account.
