I got charged for a student discount but I didn’t get premium

Hey! Thanks for coming to the community for help 🙂

First, check your subscription page to make sure it says Premium.
If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app.
If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

I was charged twice and did not receive any email or notification that I was charged until I checked my banking statements. I’m afraid that this will 1. Become a recurring charge and 2. I don’t even want this subscription. I’ve checked all the possible ways for myself to fix this and I don’t know how else to contact Spotify personally. This is rather upsetting.
