Forgot to renew student discount

My Question or Issue

From April 2018 till July 2018 I have been charged C$9.99 for premium but in truth I am a student and had forgot to renew my student discount. Is a refund possible or any other solution for this issue? I have renewed my student discount as of now but for 4 months I paid the full price even though I was a student.

It might be kinda hard to ask for a refund for the 4 month period of paying $9.99. Spotify refund policy is if you bought anything before 14 days then you could refund it. You could try seeing if they would allow a refund for the 4 month period but its highly unlikely but here is a link to their support page. When you get an email back from them, reply to it and you will get a response quicker.
