Hulu no longer working with Spotify Student Premium

I have the Spotify Premium Student that has included Hulu. Tonight, my Apple TV app was logged out of Hulu when I went to watch it. I tried putting in my user ID and password and it gave me a message that there was a problem. I double-checked my Spotify subscription and the subscription is active and says it includes Hulu. However, when I click on Watch Now, it takes me to the Hulu subscription/login page. If I try to login with my student email address which is what Spotify and Hulu had been registered with, it tells me that it is not a valid email address. Any idea how to get Hulu to work again?
