I have canceled my old subscription but now i cant get a new one

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

If you've already renewed the Student discount, you should be able to subscribe with no issues. Keep in mind that you cannot use prepaid payment to subscribe to the Student discount since it needs a recurrent payment method registered on the account. 

If you currently have a Premium account with prepaid payments (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) you'll need to register a card to change the current plan to Premium Student properly.

 

If you have already tried that and the issue persists, include in your next response the error message that the system is displaying when you try to complete the process.

Hello Oscar!

I have the same issue, I try to select the premium plan for students and it didn't let me go through the payment. I tried to change the saved cards that I had, but now that I want to put a new card, the system doesn't let me put the information, it appears as it's still loading. As it shows in the image below.

hola, estoy teniendo problemas para ser premium, primero quería cambiar la tarjeta con la cual pagaba, pero no podía hacerlo ya que al rato de poner los nuevos datos de tarjeta se quedaba cargando las casillas para llenarlo por horas cargando, así que cancelé mi suscripción. Luego quise volver a comprar el premium pero pasa el misma problema , al momento de querer poner los datos de la tarjeta esas casillas se quedan en blanco y nunca cargan para poder llenarlas. Por favor ayúdenme

Welcome to the Community and thank you for joining the conversation. 

 

It seems to be an issue loading the page taking into account the screenshot you attached. So in this case, if your account has reverted back to Free, we'd recommend subscribing again directly to Premium Student here. If the web page keeps loading the content as shown in the screenshot, we'd recommend trying from an incognito/private window, a different browser or even a different device making sure you're using your own account to subscribe.

 

If by any chance the issue is still persistent, we'd recommend using a different Wi-Fi network to see if it makes any difference. If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

I'd recommend trying with a different payment method if this doesn't work (if available) and reaching out to your card issuer to ask if there are any reasons why your payment isn't going through. Alternatively, you can also reach out to our support folks via this link so that they can take a look at what's going on backstage on our end 🙂

cuando intento poner el número de la tarjeta, no me aparece la barra de texto para escribir los datos necesarios

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum. Additionally, we moved your post out of our ideas board, as it fits better here in help.

 

What you kindly mentioned seems to be related to the device you’re using to try to subscribe. In  this case, we’d suggest you try subscribing from a different device to see if you notice any difference.

 

If the above doesn’t do the trick, we’d suggest you use a different browser or an incognito window to see how it goes.
