Last Name required: but i don't have one

Hi i'm currently a college student in Indonesia. I'm trying to get the premium discount for students which requires information like my last name. But i don't actually have one. So i've tried to leave the last name option blank but it says that i need to fill it. So i tried filling in the last name option with '-' and sent my transcript with only my first name but it wont verify. It said i'm missing either my first name or last name. What can i do?
