My payment is falling , and I already paid for the subscription!

My payment is falling , and I already paid for the subscription!

I’m pretty sure that they took the fees ,How can i fix that?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

If the system is trying to take your payment less than 30 days since the previous one, it most likely means that the previous payment has also failed and has been processed with a delay making it look as though you're being charged twice in the same month. To find out if this is the case, just check your order history and see when your subscription was started. The date will show you when your monthly payment should normally occur. 

 

Once you have that info, you can check all subsequent payments and see if anything is out of place. If everything looks correct (1 payment for each month of the duration of your subscription), you can follow the steps in this support article. However, if you still think you're being charged twice, we'd recommend checking the suggestions on this page

El día de hoy se me vio realizado un cobro de $199 por parte de Spotify, pago que realice hace 12 días exactamente y nuevamente me hicieron el cargo, necesito una resolución a este problema ya que me están cobrando la mensualidad nuevamente cuando aún me quedaban bastantes días de la que ya habia pagado y en efecto la fecha de pago cambio pero me están haciendo pagar 199 por DOCE DIAS!!!!
