Hello, if I have an 'NUS Extra' card, can I still get 50% student discount on premium?

i can only find information using 'Unidays', which I'm not a member of.

Thanks

I'm having this issue too, I've had premium for a year with NUS and its expiring soon and when I try to renew it I can't.  I don't have UniDays because of problems signing up and there is no customer service.

Apparently you only get student discount with 'Unidays' now. This has just been updated today... this information wasn't accessible yesterday so it must be a very recent change!! It would've been nice to have been notified by 'Spotify' or 'NUS Extra'!

They used to accept NUS, but now they only accept UNiDAY accounts. Many people are now longer able to claim the student discount (insitutes not listed is the main issue/reason). You can vote for this to be changed here: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Idea-Submissions/All-Platforms-Allow-NUS-card-holders-the-same-stud...

Partners in the same boat can’t use the premium service as it doesn’t accept nus so she’s cancelling her membership

It still works! Go into your account, then as you go to enter card details/renew you will be asked for NUS card details. I just did this and renewed at £4.99/month for another year.

Hi

I'm on my account and it's not saying anywhere to renew/NUS details. It's just giving me an option for unidays or premium. Like everyone else, unidays doesn't allow for Open University and I've just lost my job so I could really still do with the 50% discount. And to be perfectly honest, I don't think it's worth £10 anyway. Can you go through step by step what you did?
