I done my payment for student premium but still not showing premium account.
Hey @purveshmule,
In case you've already paid for your Student Premium, your plan should now be active.
Could you go over your Account Overview page and check the subscription status there?
If all looks well, doublecheck if you're logged into the same account on your app 🙂

verified as student but when i try to activate the plan it tells me to do it through my phone, then when I click available plans, at first it shows me the student plan but then when i click it it redirects me to another page showing the available plans where premium student is no longer there.

Are you paying for Spotify through a partner company and not directly? If yes, then this could be the reason why you're not seeing the option to subscribe to Premium Student. You can check if you can cancel your current subscription on your account overview or reach out to the respective team handling these payments. Afterwards, you should be able to subscribe to Premium Student using a direct payment method.

Just to confirm, have you already done the whole verification process with SheerID? If you haven't, make sure to follow these specific steps to do so.
If you have already done that and received an email with a confirmation from them, make sure to click on "Get discount" in order to activate it on your account. Then, you'll be able to subscribe to the Premium Student plan here.
If you've already done all the aforementioned steps and you're still unable to see the Premium benefits on your account, we suggest that you log out and then log back in to your account twice in a row. This will help trigger a sync between your account and device.
Also, you can check your subscription state on your Account page.
If that's not your case, could you give us as many details as you can? We'll take a closer look.

I am having the same trouble as all the above. I have a premium account, went through SheerID to verify my student identity, but the account will not switch from premium to student. I have already tried logging in and out. How can we fix?
I completed the SheerID identification test, it then said I'd been switched to the student plan, but it still shows me down as a regular subscription in account settings. On top of this, when I go to "all available plans" the student option has mysteriously disappeared!? No email confirmation email or anything!? The **bleep** is this **bleep**?
Why did it censor h*ll and cr*p !? Now it just looks like I was saying something way ruder 😂
Ok false alarm, it says I'll only be charged 5.99 next month. I apologize for jumping to conclusions but for heavens sake just make it a bit clearer. Clearly everyone hear also thought it hadn't changed them to the student plan, it so comically vague.
