Payment failure

I was supposed to be charged today for my monthly fee but it is showing payment failure through mobile. I tried several times but it seems not to be working.What can I do?

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Have you tried updating your payment details using a private/incognito window, another browser/device or a different network connection? Make sure also that you have sufficient prepaid credits.

 

If the issue persists, I'd recommend reaching out to your mobile carrier for further assistance or trying with another payment method.
