Premium Individual still appearing on my account even if I already changed it to Premium student

Premium Individual still appearing on my account even if I already changed it to Premium student

My Question or Issue

Hi! I forgot to renew my premium student last month so my premium subscription changed to premium individual. I have now confirmed my student status and got confirmed. I tried to change my plan TWICE and paid TWICE but premium individual still reflects on my account. I'm afraid I will be charged for premium individual next month and what will happen to my double payment? thanks

Hey @Jash1004,

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you please head to this page and check if the next bill will be the discounted/student amount or regular one?

Also, you can double-check with your bank/payment provider if the two payments were successful.

Let me know how it goes 🙂

Hi Maxim!

I just got my bill and I paid twice. Premium student already reflected on my account but the amount is still for individual and reflecting old payment method. Is it possible that the double payment would reflect that i paid for 2 months?

Hey @Jash1004,

Thanks for getting back.

It’s possible the two charges may have stacked up, which could have adjusted your billing date.

I’d suggest checking your billing details on your account page to see what’s set up there. If you see that your next payment is for Premium Individual, it’s likely you may have accidentally switched plans.

In that case, you can change it back to Premium Student using these steps.

Let me know if you need any further help. 🙂
