Premium for students not working

I recently went back to graduate school and want to change my subscription. I unsubscribed from my premium subscription and let it finish but when signing up for student premium, was told the discount is no longer available.

Can someone help please?

In this case, could you send me a screenshot of the error messages being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

Also, make sure that you haven't used the discount for 4 12 month periods.

No that's a screenshot directly from the website.

I have a regular membership for the past few years (not a student) but recently retruned to grad school. Am I no longer eligible?

You could try it in a different web-browser or incognito browsing session. If that doesn't help, please get in touch with Unidays as they should be able to tell you what's going wrong.
