• Eu enviei o documento provando que sou mestranda na UFRN e recebi um e-mail dizendo que tinha dado certo e que eu clica-se no link para terminar o registro. Na página a que fui direcionada acabei colocando o login errado, coloquei um antigo. Já refiz o login mas não entra o Premium pra mim.

Try logging into your other account to see if you accidentally added your subscription there. If so, reach out to us on Twitter with your account info. 

If that's not the case, log out and resubscribe with your main account. Once that's sorted, close your extra account following these steps.
