Prepay the year

Hello,

Can you prepay the whole year of premium or student account? Or only month to month payment is available?

Hey @Innocent_Sinner  You can prepay for the year. Usually how people do this is by buying Spotify Giftcards and then redeeming the giftcard on Spotify.com 

You can go to this website (  https://news.spotify.com/us/2013/08/06/spotify-gift-cards-now-available-at-walmart-7-eleven-staples-...  ) and see what stores are close to you that you can buy the giftcards at.

Hi, gift cards can only be redeemed for full priced premium accounts though. Correct? What if you want to prepay a student year?

Well you can also use prepaid credit cards too like those visa, mastercard and american express. Ive never used the spotify giftcards so im not certain if it will work on student premium but i have used the prepaid credit cards and they have worked.

Hi, credit cards you mean have worked for prepaying the student year?

@Innocent_Sinner   Yes i have used prepaid credit cards before. All i did was i loaded up $75 USD and used that prepaid credit card as my form of payment. However im not sure if you know this already but Student Spotify Plan isnt a yearly payment its a monthly payment. Although its monthly, you can set up auto-payment so then you wouldnt have to worry about paying every month. However you would want to keep track of how much money you would have left on your prepaid credit cards.
