Says I'm ineligible for discount

Says I'm ineligible for discount

I have tried to change my country.  I changed my payment to my current country card per a previous post here, but it still won't let me change my country.  Also, I am a student, but it won't let me use the student discount.  Please help me fix this.

Hey @amandamorgantoo,

Please follow this few steps to change your country:

  1. With a free account you can do this by visiting your account page here.
  2. Change your country and post code.
  3. Click save profile

  1. If you got a premium account visit your subscription page with this link.
  2. Click update
  3. Click ...
  4. Than click Change Country and enter your payment method with a billing address.
  5. Than click change payment details.
  6. Now your country should have changed.
